W.R. TORRES FOUNDATION FOR THE BLIND

A Trinidad-based non-governmental organisation founded in 1998, the W. R. Torres Foundation for the Blind, has gained the respect of the international community for its work in assisting persons who are blind, deaf or mobility impaired avail themselves of the same educational and vocational opportunities available to persons without disabilities.
